What this site collects, and why.

The short version

This site collects only what you choose to send us and, if you say yes, basic statistics about how the site is used. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and site statistics

The first time you visit, a small bar at the bottom of the screen asks about cookies. Nothing is tracked until you choose.

If you click Accept, the site loads Google Analytics. It sets cookies in your browser and tells us things like which pages were visited, how visitors found the site, the general area they came from, and what kind of device and browser they used. If you click Decline, Google Analytics never loads and no analytics cookies are set. This site uses no other cookies.

Your browser remembers your choice so the bar does not keep asking. That note stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

When you apply for a job

Our job openings and our talent network run on Breezy HR, the hiring platform we use. When you click Apply or Join the talent network, you go to our careers page on Breezy, where you fill in your details and upload your resume if you have one. Breezy stores what you send for us, and we use it to consider you for roles now and later. Breezy's privacy policy (opens in a new tab) covers those pages.

On our Candidates page, your browser loads the list of current openings straight from Breezy, so Breezy receives the basic technical details any website gets when a page loads.

We only share information with clients after the candidate has formally applied and approved submittal to any of our open roles.

When you send us a form or an email

The forms on our home and Contact pages are run by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. When you send one, Netlify stores what you entered, screens it for spam, and emails it to our team so we can reply. Netlify's privacy policy (opens in a new tab) covers its side.

If you email us at info@teamqls.com or resume@teamqls.com, your message is kept in our business email.

When you load any page

Like every website, this one runs on servers that receive basic technical details when your browser loads a page, such as your IP address and browser type. Our host, Netlify, uses them to deliver the site.

You can decline cookies, or change your choice above, and still use every part of the site.

You can ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@teamqls.com.
