Kristina Popwell, SPHR, CSP

CEO & Founder

Kristina Popwell believes that people are the foundation of every successful business. As the CEO and Founder of Quality Logistic Solutions, she brings that philosophy to life by helping organizations build strong teams, navigate workforce challenges, and find staffing solutions that support long-term success.

Her story

With more than 20 years of executive experience in human resources, staffing, and talent acquisition, Kristina has led and supported major workforce initiatives nationwide. Her experience includes large-scale projects in power generation and power delivery, as well as DoD-aligned and professional workforces, including talent strategy and recruiting support for the construction of Vogtle Units 3 and 4.

Her expertise extends across staffing augmentation, direct hire recruiting, and turnkey project solutions. She understands what it takes to deliver workforce readiness at scale, from forecasting demand and building dependable recruiting operations to ensuring compliance and strengthening onboarding and workforce stability.

In addition to her staffing and recruiting leadership, Kristina brings private equity and mergers and acquisitions experience, advising organizations on talent strategy, organizational readiness, integration planning, and leadership scalability during periods of growth and transition. Her HR consulting expertise spans core HR, HRIS and HR technology, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and comprehensive HR enablement. She partners closely with clients to align HR strategy with operational needs, strengthen execution, and ensure leaders and employees have the tools and support to succeed.

Serving, Family and Faith

Beyond her work, Kristina serves on the Executive Board of Wiregrass Habitat for Humanity, where she has contributed for three years. She is a devoted wife and mother who enjoys spending time with her family, visiting Disney, and living out her faith.

Quality Logistic Solutions was born because I believe businesses deserve more than a staffing provider. They deserve a partner who understands their people, their operations, and what it takes to move a business forward. Most businesses struggle to scale because they don't have the right people in the right positions.

After spending more than 20 years in human resources leadership, I saw firsthand how much the right people, strong leadership, and thoughtful workforce decisions can impact an organization. I also understand the challenges businesses face when trying to find qualified talent, manage growth, and build teams that last.

QLS was created to bring that experience directly to businesses in a more personal, hands-on way. My vision is to make high-quality HR expertise and workforce solutions accessible to organizations of all sizes, whether they need one critical hire, an entire team, or experienced HR leadership.
