Kristina Popwell believes that people are the foundation of every successful business. As the CEO and Founder of Quality Logistic Solutions, she brings that philosophy to life by helping organizations build strong teams, navigate workforce challenges, and find staffing solutions that support long-term success.

With more than 20 years of executive experience in human resources, staffing, and talent acquisition, Kristina has led and supported major workforce initiatives nationwide. Her experience includes large-scale projects in power generation and power delivery, as well as DoD-aligned and professional workforces, including talent strategy and recruiting support for the construction of Vogtle Units 3 and 4.

At her core, Kristina is relationship-driven and believes that taking care of people is essential to business success. She is committed to building strong, responsive support teams around every client, delivering consistent communication, dependable guidance, and personalized service.
